Samsung LA32C530 TV mini review

The Samsung LA32C530 is a budget 32" Full HD LCD TV from Samsung. Its got a pretty simple and good looking design. The TV has a lot of good features, but the one I found pretty good and useful was the Media play.Other features include 3 HDMI ports (2 rear, 1 side) , anynet+ which allows the use of single remote to control the samsung devices connected to the TV.

Media Play essentially allows you to play various multimedia content via USB directly on your TV. So now you can watch your favorite Movies,play your favorite music or even watch pictures.

The TV supports various formats for videos. Xvid and H.264 are the supported codecs. Playback of Movies was smooth, the movie UP (7.51GB,MKV, x264, 1920x1080 res) was smooth and really enjoyable.

The supported audio formats are MP3 and wma. JPEG was the supported format for pictures.

The TV has 2 hidden 10W speakers, nothing really great there. In the rear there is an optical out, but that will NOT provide 5 ch audio out, it will only give 2 ch stereo output.

The price - Rs32,000 in retails stores in bangalore, which makes it a pretty good deal.
